Bearing 6201Z. Analogue of GOST 80201. Marking 6201zz, 6201 2z, 6201 z

Bearing 6201z By type is a single-row ball with one row of rolling elements. Closed with metal washers. It is protected from dust, dirt and small particles, to a small extent from contact with moisture. Also washers prevent leakage of grease during operation. Additional lubrication is not required; moreover, this procedure removes all warranties on the bearing and significantly reduces its operating time. The analogue of this bearing according to the GOST system is 80201. 

The marking is applied on a metal cover (embossed) and/or on the end of the inner/outer ring (applied by the electric spark method). Various options are possible, depending on the manufacturer:

The bearing is included in the most used line of the 62xx series. It is installed in power tools, various equipment, car units, in tram pantographs. In particular, it found application in the sensor system of such trucks as MAZ 5334, 5338, 5558, 509А, 504В, 5433, 5551, 5322, 55512, 54321, 5549, 5429, 6422, 5549, 64224, 64229. Used in the generator VAZ-1111 Oka, clutch tractor T150.

There are also open variations of this bearing. - 6201 (201 in accordance with GOST). Closed with metal washers may also have a thermal gap under increased loads - 6201z C3 (80201-70). More tight rubber plugs can be installed instead of washers - 6201 rs (180201) and improved thermal gap 6201 rs c3 (180201-70).
