Rollers are an evolution of double row angular contact ball bearings with a reinforced outer ring. The outer ring may be cylindrical or spherical. The inner ring of these bearings is provided with lubrication holes to allow the bearings to be relubricated. The bearings do not have a filler groove and absorb radial and axial forces in both directions. The contact angle of these bearings is 25 degrees. They are usually supplied filled with grease at the factory.It is a high quality lithium grease with an acceptable temperature range of -30 oC to +110 oC. Lubricant used compatible with all other mineral based lubricants. Double row rollers do not facilitate angle adjustment. Double-row rollers are equipped with cages made of polyamide 66, reinforced with fiberglass. Rollers are produced with seals and shields on both sides of the bearing. The shields are sheet steel discs that are fixed inside the bearing outer ring, forming small clearance for the inner ring of the bearing. Bearings available with shields on both sides - 2ZR. RSR seals consist of nitrile rubber and are reinforced with a steel disc embedded inrubber. The seals are fixed on the outer ring and seal the inner ring by the friction of the sealing lip. The bearings are available with seals on both sides of the bearing - 2RSR.In the 2RSR version, the grease must be pressed in slowly to avoid damaging the seals. If the roller rests on a flat contact surface, only a small area of the outer surfaceroller ring is in contact with the rolling plane. Elastic deformation outer ring reduces the bearing capacity of the roller.
