Application
High viscosity mineral oil based grease manufactured using the latest complex calcium sulphonate soap technology. Developed for high temperatures and extreme loads, it is suitable for a wide range of applications, especially in the cement, mining and metals industries. The grease does not contain additives, and its extreme pressure properties are due to the soap structure. Excellent load-carrying capacity, protection against oxidation and corrosion even with high water penetration. Withstands peak temperatures of 200 °C (390 °F). Typical applications: Steel-on-steel plain bearings, Pulp and paper making machines, Vibrating asphalt screens, Continuous casting machines, Sealed spherical roller bearings operating at temperatures up to 150 °C (300 °F), Work roll bearings in the steel industry, Forklift mast rollers, Slewing bearings.
