6311ZNR C3 is a high-tech single-row deep groove ball bearing, which is a complete analogue of the marking 70-150311 according to GOST. It is designed to operate in conditions of elevated temperatures and high speeds due to the increased thermal clearance C3 (group 70), which prevents jamming during thermal expansion of the metal. The key feature of the ZNR modification is the combined design: the presence of one protective metal washer (Z), which protects against dust on one side, and a locking groove with a ring (NR) on the outer cage for quick and reliable fixation in the housing. The main technical characteristics of the bearing: inner diameter 55 mm, outer diameter 120 mm, width 29 mm, size 55x120x29. This size is widely used in KamAZ vehicles in the center differential and cardan shafts, in KrAZ in the front axle, and in URAL vehicles in the transfer case. In agriculture, it is indispensable for MTZ, DT-75, T-150 and KhTZ tractors in gearbox assemblies, power take-off shafts and drive pulleys, where intense heating is observed. Since the bearing is partially open, it requires monitoring the lubrication condition from the open side in accordance with technical regulations. To ensure correct installation and long-term operation of the assembly, it is recommended to use the help of a qualified specialist if there is any doubt.
