Application
Cylindrical roller bearing, with cage, single row, 2 ribs on the outer ring, 1 rib on the inner ring. Suffixes: E - Heavy-duty design, TVP2 - one-piece polyamide PA66 cage, C3- Radial internal clearance C3 (greater than normal), XL- X-life bearing. These bearings offer higher performance than comparable standard bearings. This is achieved, for example, through a redesigned internal design, optimized contact geometry between rollers and raceways, better surface quality and optimized roller guidance and lubrication film formation. This results in a more favorable load distribution in the bearing and, as a result, a higher dynamic load rating of the bearings, less heat generation in the bearing, less lubricant consumption and, as a result, longer maintenance intervals when changing the grease, and a significantly longer bearing life.
