Application
TotalEnergies MULTIS MS 2 is a universal, multi-purpose grease with an NLGI grade of 2, specifically designed for use under shock, vibration, and high boundary loads. Its key feature is the presence of molybdenum disulfide ($\text{MoS}_2$), which ensures reliable lubrication and prevents seizure during accidental overheating and high pressure. This makes it ideal for heavy-duty transport, agricultural, and off-road equipment operating in harsh, wet, or dusty environments. MULTIS MS 2 has excellent mechanical stability and adhesion to metal, preventing blowout and maintaining a strong film. Good thermal stability ensures resistance to temperature fluctuations. The grease is compatible with most standard soap-based greases, simplifying maintenance. Like other products in the series, MULTIS MS 2 does not contain heavy metals.
