Application
Combined angular contact ball bearings with needle rollers NKIB5911-XL, resistant part of the double-acting. NKIB bearings can take axial loads in both directions and are used as support or semi-positioning bearings. NKIB bearings have one narrow inner ring and one wide inner ring. The axial bearing component has a polyamide ball cage. At the point where the inner rings are connected, there is a shoulder on both sides necessary for assembling the balls and the separator. As a result, these bearings are also suitable for supporting axial loads that alternate in direction. Bearings orient the shaft with an axial clearance of 0.08 mm to 0.25 mm. The wide and narrow inner ring should be axially pressed together. The narrow inner ring has a larger bore diameter. This leads to noise immunity. NKIB bearings can be lubricated with grease or oil. For lubrication, the outer ring has a groove.
