Bearings and seals for automixers imported -  can be found on our site. They have a very original design. As a rule, the outer ring is wider than the inner one. This is done so that during the rotation of the barrel ("pear"), the concrete mixers compensate for distortions and deflections of the shaft, which reach a size greater than half the length of the rollers or half the diameter of the bearing balls. With this bearing design, the bearing cage is practically not destroyed. The inner ring of such a bearing consists of two parts, for a more rigid design of the bearing assembly. As a rule, such a bearing assembly is completed with a special gland with an apron.
In domestic auto-concrete machines, standard double-row spherical roller bearings with barrel-shaped rollers and brass cages are used. It is brass, because in the process of rotating the barrel, the brass separator does not go beyond the dimensions of the bearing and does not tear it with rotating parts, which, in turn, happens to the steel separator.
