Precision bearings for bicycles

    We offer bearings for road and mountain bikes. Bicycle ball bearing with rings thin section bearings (with thin rings), often called the bottom bracket bearings are a cartridge can also be used as bottom bracket bearings or wheel bearings (hub bearings). Bicycle bearings are available with metal screens (caps) or rubber seals. They can also be closed with rubber seals with a low coefficient of friction, which are denoted by suffix ‘2RU”. For greater corrosion resistance we can supply them in stainless steel and water resistant lubricants.

   In these bearings is high quality hardened chrome steel or 440 stainless steel for longer service life. This type of bearing also has a low roughness and high precision manufacturing parts, which in turn leads to low friction in the node. Standard grease in shielded or sealed bearings is water-resistant, wear-resistant lithium grease. Also, if necessary, the bearing can be greased with waterproof marine grease.

These bearings with thin rings can be supplied open, closed caps or seals in a chrome steel SAE52100 from our Ukrainian stock and designed to withstand radial loads and moderate axial loads in both directions. Some of the smaller sized bearings with thin rings are supplied with high speed synthetic retainer TW.
