UK Series Bearing
UK series bearings have a spherical outer ring. The inner ring has a conical fit on the shaft (it can be mounted directly on the tapered shaft or mounted on a cylindrical shaft using a clamping sleeve). The bearing can be relubricated during operation due to the presence on the outer ring of the hole for lubrication. Special attention should be paid to the lubrication itself when re-applying: it must fully correspond to the one already used, in order to avoid conflict. Rubber seals provide maximum protection in the form of additional reflective rings. The inner ring is wider than the outer ring, which allows the use of special protective caps with several jaws, which create additional difficulties for the penetration of water and dirt into the inside of the bearing.
The UK2xx series includes the following models by CX Poland (numbers in brackets are SNR France): UK205, UK206 (UK 206 G2), UK207 (UK 207 G2), UK208 (UK 208 G2), UK209 (UK 209 G2), UK210 (UK 210 G2), UK211 (UK 211 G2).
General view of bearings of the UK2xx and UK3xx series and their schematic drawing
The UK3xx series is represented by SNR France: UK 307 G2, UK 308 G2. Bearing UK 312 G2.H supplied with the sleeve, in other cases, the sleeve must be purchased separately.
According to the company SNR, additional symbols in the marking indicate: G2 - the presence of a hole for re-lubrication; N - complete set clamping sleeve.
Body bearings are designed to work in the temperature range from -20 to +110 degrees Celsius. The temperature range is determined by the type of standard lubricant applied at the factory. The separators are made of sheet steel.
Bearings of the UK2xx and UK3xx series are popular in agricultural machinery, combines, industrial equipment.
