Application
Roller couplings HFL, thanks to the integrated rolling bearing, can absorb radial forces in addition to torque. HFL Forged Ring Roller Couplings are typically used without an inner ring. To guarantee the correct functioning of roll couplings with a forged ring, the raceway of the rolling elements on the shaft must be made in the form of a bearing raceway (hardened and ground). If the shaft cannot be made as a raceway, the bearings can be combined with IR or LR inner rings.
