Application
KB 1636 UU, LME16UU LM .. - massive thick-walled outer ring, Japanese size standard, sealed, KB .. - massive thick-walled outer ring, European size standard, sealed. Suffixes: UU - basic version without cuts, - AJ - narrow cutout for adjusting the gap, - OP - wide cutout, adapted to work on profiled rails. Linear motion systems are becoming increasingly important in modern technological solutions. Due to the very high accuracy of the direction, compact design and significant carrying capacity, as well as durability, they are one of the best solutions of modern automation. The number of visible rows of balls inside a linear ball bearing does not depend on its series, but on the size of the bearing. Linear ball bearings are also commonly referred to as roller bushings. In addition to the linear ball bearings themselves, there are many interacting elements: for example, rods, rails and bodies. Massive linear ball bearings are available in 2D standards and all versions have standard seals on both sides. Size standards, Japanese (LM) and European (KB), differ slightly from each other in basic dimensions.
