607 2RS bearing

607 2RS bearing refers to the radial ball, which are universal, not separable and consist of solid outer and inner rings, balls and separator. Due to the nature of the manufacturing process, open bearings may have recesses in the outer ring for seals or caps. Due to the low friction torque, the deep groove ball bearings are suitable for high speeds.

  Due to the geometry of the raceways and balls used as rolling elements, ball bearings can withstand axial loads in both directions, as well as radial loads.

  Compensation of angular misalignments (self-establishment) of single row radial ball bearings is limited, so the installation of the bearings must be sufficiently accurate. The displacement of the rings can lead to adverse effects of the movement of the balls and will cause additional stress on the bearing, which will shorten its service life. In order to keep these loads low, only small angles of adjustment (depending on the load), namely, an average of 4 'to 10', are permissible. Due to their internal design, double-row radial ball bearings cannot be self-mounted. When using these bearings, therefore, distortions are not allowed.

  Single row radial ball bearings are the most commonly used type of rolling bearings. They are produced in numerous sizes and various designs and are particularly economical.

  Bearings with a suffix of 2RS have lip seals on both sides, made of NBR nitrile butadiene rubber, and are suitable for moderate speeds. They are lubricated with high-quality grease and lubricated for the whole period.

  Deep groove ball bearings with lip seals can be used at operating temperatures from -30 ° C to + 110 ° C, which is limited to lubrication and sealing material.

  In radial ball bearings without a separator material suffix, the separator is made of sheet steel. If the separator is made of brass, fiberglass-reinforced polyamide or other materials other than steel sheet, then in the bearing designation a corresponding suffix is ​​put, which is different for each manufacturer.
