Spherical roller bearing 22217KEJW33. The suffix K is a tapered bore with a taper of 1:12. EJ suffix - hardened pressed steel cage. Separator unique design. Includes two independent separators, one for each row of rollers. This feature allows each track, separator and rollers to operate independently and prevent the separator from bending. Each separator has a surface hardening (nitriding) to ensure increased wear resistance, as well as additional strength, allowing the bearing to work even in the harshest conditions. Suffix W33 - a groove for lubrication and three lubrication holes are provided in the outer ring. This eliminates the cost of processing the channel in the housing bore to introduce lubricant into the bearing. This design feature allows lubrication between the rollers through a single lubricating fitting. The lubricant moves sideways outward from the center of the bearing, reaching all contact surfaces and washing the bearing.
